From start to finish, every aspect of my stay was exceptional. The staff greeted me with genuine warmth and made me feel like a valued guest. The room was a haven of tranquility, with tasteful decor and all the comforts of home. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to the beach and city's attractions. The attention to detail and personalized service truly set this hotel apart. I can confidently say that this was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had!

Currently on holiday here. Booked the hotel with booking.com with the prior arrangement of paid for parking space underground. This exchange was clearly communicated through email. Upon arrival praking space was denied and we were further informed that vehicles running on gas are not permitted undergorund. On reception we were told we have an all-inclusive stay after we asked for a double check on that all-inclusive status everything seemed okay. A phonecall later we were brought down and stripped of our wristbands thus terminating all-inclusivity. Looking through the official website there was a price mismatch. Offering further pay we were asked to provide a sum equal to 50% of our entire stay, despite the all-inclusive price being lower for our time period. If you want the bare minimum of a summer holiday, this will not be the place for it.

I do not recommend to anyone! The rooms smell disgusting, you can hear everything from the surrounding rooms through the walls, and the bathrooms flood. Cleaning is under any cover. When we checked in we found hair and trash from previous customers on the floor and in the bathroom and we asked for it to be cleaned the next day, but all the following days they just threw the trash away. They also throw out things that the cleaners have considered to be trash, even though they are not in the trash can. The towels and bed linen have stains and the sheets are just the size to cover the mattress on top and when you lie down they gather and you are practically sleeping without a sheet. Behind the TVs there are holes in the walls for the cables and through them you can fully hear the TV from the next room. There are signs of leaks on the walls and ceiling. It says they have parking, but in fact there are 5 parking spaces on the street, which one of the receptionists seems to be trying to reserve for her own people, explaining that whoever takes them first can then go out and reserve them with a cone and another can't park there. The breakfast every day is monotonous and not very rich. Also, the hotel provides misleading information about the payment. When booking the rooms, as well as in the booking confirmation email, it was mentioned that payment is made on the spot upon check-in, and subsequently the entire amount for the stay was withdrawn from my bank account in advance. The hotel may be new and nice looking at first glance, but clearly the management is not good and everything in it is done with the thought of saving money. As a plus, I can only mention the location of the hotel.
